3. Crush them together

5. Do this for a few weeks even though you'll feel a little irritation
6. One may feel irritation of skin after applying the paste. This remedy increases blood circulation and stimulates hair growth

Natural home remedy using cinnamon powder, honey and olive oil:

1. Take 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
2. Add 2 tbsp of honey
3. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil
4. Mix well

Then grab some petroleum jelly and massage it all over your feet, for about five minutes to improve the blood circulation. Then wear a pair of comfy socks. Let the petroleum jelly work its magic overnight.

4. Germ-free toenails
What you need: Nail cutter, nail filer, some lotion and nail paint.
Procedure: Taking care of your toenails is essential because they tend to accumulate bacteria. Grab a nail cutter and clip away your nails. Clean the ridges between your toes as dirt tends to gather there. Grab a filer and shape your nails. Apply some nail polish, slather on some lotion and you are good to go.
